Bueno, te escribo solo para agradecer el servicio y la atención que nos dieron la semana pasada que estuvimos en Bs. As. en el depto. de Parana y Santa Fe. Realmente excelente todo, el depto. muy lindo, completo, con todas las comodidades. La atención de Uds. también, al llegar nos llamó Ana para ver como estaba todo, y como mencioné antes, nos quedamos muy contentos con la atención recibida. Te comento también que mi hermano Osvaldo tal vez estará por allá en Agosto, y los estará contactando para ver un depto. con Uds. Una vez más gracias por todo y ojala que pronto estemos nuevamente en contacto.

I lived more than 4 months in the apartment Charcas y Guise VIII. The apartment is really good, very well organized. Thanks to the 3 levels I really had the impression to have several rooms. The bathroom and the kitchen are also very well fitted out. The frame is quiet and the localization of the apartment is ideal(in Palermo and next to the subway). The owner and the cleaning lady are always adorable and helpfuls each time you need it.
I had made my booking with internet and everything took place as expected. Every time I wrote to the agency, they systematically answered me during the day, what is very pleasant. The same for my departure.

This apartment is very well located, with a delicatessen, bakery, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, metro station and bus terminus all within a couple of blocks. The Jardin Botanico is equally close for a relaxing stroll. We visited in winter and the apartment's underfloor heating makes it a cosy retreat. Being at the side of the building, it is not overlooked, which means complete privacy. With 24-hour security, there is always help at hand and the owner is just a phone call away. The garden and pool at the back of the building looked inviting for warmer weather!

We absolutely loved this apartment: is was really comfortable, brand new, perfect space for two people. Very clean, It had everything we would have needed, including a roof top pool! The location was fantastic, 1 block from the subte, and taxis right always right out side the front door.
